Sample A&E Reports
Many of the reports available through Assessment & Evaluation look fairly similar. Remember that you can set specific things to include in your report including a description, whether to include or exclude comments, whether to identify authors of comments, whether to include an average, etc.
Most reports are currently available as PDFs.
Some screen shots of sample reports are posted below but remember that your reports will contain the items relevant to the forms you've designed and used. In some cases information has been redacted to protect users' privacy.
