View Forwarded Tasks on a Distribution Progress Report

Important note re: forwarding tasks in a distribution

If tasks are forwarded twice, that will not be reflected in the user interface.

When a user forwards a task within a distribution, the distribution progress report will show the newly created task (although it is technically not part of the distribution).

If you wish to delete a forwarded task, you must click into the task first and then delete it.

Forward Tasks from the Admin. A & E Dashboard

Administrators can forward tasks on behalf of assessors/evaluators.

  • Navigate to Admin > Assessment & Evaluation.

  • Filter the task list as necessary to find the task you want.

  • Open the task.

  • Click 'Forward Task'.

  • Choose a user to forward the task to.

    • Note that emails will be sent to the old and new assessor/evaluator.

  • Click 'Forward Task'.

  • You will get a success message. Close the success message to return to the A & E Dashboard.

Forward Tasks from a Distribution

Administrators can forward tasks on behalf of assessors/evaluators.

  • Navigate to Admin > Assessment & Evaluation.

  • Click the Distributions tab.

  • Filter the list or search for a specific distribution.

  • Click the distribution.

  • From the Not Started tab, open the task you wish to forward.

  • Click 'Forward Task'.

  • Choose a user to forward the task to.

    • Note that emails will be sent to the old and new assessor/evaluator.

  • Click 'Forward Task'.

  • You will get a success message. Close the success message to return to your personal A & E tab.
