A view of forwarded tasks from a distribution progress report
Important note re: forwarding tasks in a distribution
If tasks are forwarded twice, that will not be reflected in the user interface.
When a user forwards a task within a distribution, the distribution progress report will show the newly created task (although it is technically not part of the distribution).
If you wish to delete a forwarded task, you must click into the task first and then delete it.
Administrators can forward tasks on behalf of assessors/evaluators.
Navigate to Admin > Assessment & Evaluation.
Filter the task list as necessary to find the task you want.
Open the task.
Click 'Forward Task'.
Choose a user to forward the task to.
Note that emails will be sent to the old and new assessor/evaluator.
Click 'Forward Task'.
You will get a success message. Close the success message to return to the A & E Dashboard.

Click the Distributions tab.
Filter the list or search for a specific distribution.
Click the distribution.
From the Not Started tab, open the task you wish to forward.
Click 'Forward Task'.
Choose a user to forward the task to.

Click 'Forward Task'.
You will get a success message. Close the success message to return to your personal A & E tab.
