The list below reflects fixes, changes, and additions that we consider most relevant to end users. The items are organized alphabetically by module (e.g. A&E, Curriculum, Exams, Users). We will continue to edit information pages to reflect these changes and will add links to this page as we are able.
Assessment and Evaluation
Downloading multiple assessments in a zip file giving you the same file multiple times
Item responses being incorrectly ordered on forms (e.g. the order you set when creating the item, was not respected in forms)

Changed tag set requirements for adding tags to courses so can support flat or hierarchical curriculum tag set.
Increased granularity in requirements so you can specify entries, roles, and environments for each tag.

Manage Curriculum
Restored ability of faculty users to view curriculum tag sets (located in Curriculum Tab now instead of Admin>Manage Curriculum).
Created a way for faculty to view all curriculum reports (can access via Curriculum Tab now instead of Admin>Manage Curriculum).
Can see full description of a tag from the Edit page since the text box was resized.
Updated AAMC PCRS included in a blank Elentra installation.
Duty Hours Tracking
Changed the way this becomes 'active'; no longer relies on the curriculum layout a course is in and instead looks to the clinical experience flag on the course.
Manage Events
Added cperiod to course group names to allow administrator to distinguish between course groups when adding event audience.
Recurring Events --> Event Series
Change to the user interface allows you to add event locations, faculty, and audience directly to event series when building through the user interface.
Exams
User will get notification if loses connectivity while taking exam.
Updated KR20 calculation.
Units
Added ability for staff:admin and staff:pcoordinator to edit course units after they are created.
Manage Users
Removed requirement to have a entry and grad year when editing a student user profile.
Assessment and Evaluation
Ability to delete multiple tasks.
Ability to associate a Curriculum Track with assessment and evaluation forms and items.
Evaluations
Ability to let learner decide whether or not to release the evaluation to a faculty member (this will override the distribution setting).
Distributions
Added the ability to create an ad hoc assessment that allows learners and faculty to trigger an assessment on demand (this is to be used when an organization does not have CBME enabled).
Reports
Ability to produce a report on learning event evaluations that is not aggregated
CBME
Can now add and manage versions of the CBME Objective Tree. This allows you to update EPAs if programs have changed them.
Faculty can view feedback provided by learners when they 'thumbs up' a completed assessment (can view narrative comments and view tasks that were given a thumbs up but no comment left).
Additional confirmation messages when uploading CBME curriculum.
Ability to reorder contextual variable responses through the user interface.
Can now filter by student in the Assessor filter dropdown.
Ability to run a report on assessments that were completed by assessors and how many were completed in a given date range.
Residents can view comment details from the CBME dashboard.
Ability to delete a specific form generated by a template when in the 'edit blueprint' section.

Ability to set all tags within a curriculum tag set as loggable at once.
Ability to apply curriculum map versions when looking at curriculum tags in a table view.
Exams
Added visual cue in case user loses network connection.
Learning Object Repository
Made organization specific (weren't previously).
Ability to tag learning objects with curriculum tags.
Manage Users
Ability to store a learner's middle and preferred name in addition to their first and last names.
Restricted Days (System Settings)
Added ability to define a reason for a Restricted Day (and have users see that reason if they try to create an event on said restricted day).
User Experience
Can hide and display the sidebar as desired.
Faculty users who are assigned as the audience to specific events will be able to view those events from their dashboard.
A student assigned as a grader will now see a My Grading Tasks link on their profile page.
